When will I receive my order?
Print only orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping time will be according to your selected preference at checkout. Free ground shipping usually takes about one week.
Severe weather, natural disasters, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt our services. If there is an active service disruption, it will appear on the provided tracking information.
What are Inkjet prints ?
Large prints and Small Printsare archival pigment prints, also known as inkjet prints. An inkjet print is a high-quality photographic or fine art print valued for its exceptional color accuracy, rich tonal range, and ability to reproduce fine details with precision. Collectors and artists often favor inkjet prints because they offer archival longevity.
What paper do you use?
Our prints are beautifully printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Matt paper. In business since 1584, Hahnemühle (pronounced Ha-nuh-mull-uh) offers the best fine art papers in the world. A Germany based company, Hahnemühle paper has been used by artists such as Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dali, among many others.
What Framing do you offer?
While we do not offer framing at this time, our prints are made in standard USA sizes that will fit many premade frames. We encourage everyone to support local small businesses by seeking a local framer – the will very much appreciate your business. For economic, elegant, and classic premade frames, we often recommend the Walnut wood frames from West Elm.
Do you Gift wrap?
At this time, we do not offer gift wrap. We are working on offering printed notes to accompany your gifts.
Is there a designer discount?
We do offer designer discounts for our collector prints only, please email us at [email protected] for more information.
You are a USA based company, do you ship internationally?
We offer free shipping for all our prints to the USA, UK, EU and AUS.
I ordered more than one item, why are there multiple shipments?
It is rare, but occasionally, our prints sometimes come from different facilities and occasionally require multiple shipments to fulfill orders. You will not be charged extra for the multiple shipments but you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
